Maintenance Free Decking

"Maintenance Free", a term that is thrown around allot these days. What does it mean? Not having to stain your deck? Not having to wash your deck? All decks, regardless of what they are made of will need to be maintained, whether it is washing or a new coat of stain. We have a couple of species of wood that we believe are about as maintenance free as you can get. IPE, Ulin, and Garapa can be left unstained to turn a silvery grey. They won't rot or mold, and the bugs don't like them either, a simple sweep every once and a while and you're all set to spend your time enjoying the weekend. Stop buy and see what they look like.
